This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.456 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31122 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.456 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31122 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
