[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the petitioner's wife Sivasaranya, aged 27 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that it is a case of matrimonial discord between the petitioner and the detenue. In fact, the detenue appeared before this Court and stated that she is not in the illegal detention.

3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
