This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to supervise and monitor the investigation to be conducted by the 2nd respondent herein and file a final report in Crime No.333 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.333 of 2014 was completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur on 07.07.2015 and the same was returned on 10.07.2015 for certain compliance. have been complied and final report has been re-presented on 16.07.2015.
