ORDER

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. Though the order passed by this court has been complied with belatedly in passing G.O(Ms) No.250 by the Revenue [LD-1(2)] Department dated 29.09.2016, this court is not willing to give a finding that such a delay in wilful.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed with an observation that in the event of the petitioner, being aggrieved by the said order, it is well open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law to it, if so requires. Consequently, the connected Sub Application(OS)No.469 of 2016 is also closed.
