2. The only clarification which can be given in the order dated 10.02.2020 is that paragraph No.4 of the order has to be clarified. Accordingly, instead of the said paragraph, the following endorsement of the petitioner's counsel is to be recorded therein:- " The District Authority has cancelled the NOC by order dated 06.01.2020 for petrol bunk and hence the writ petition may be closed."

4. Accordingly, paragraph 4 shall be read along with the above endorsement and that the Writ Petition is dismissed as closed.

5. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy on 25.02.2020.
