O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.643 of 2016, dated 08.01.2016.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that except interest, all other service benefits have been paid to the petitioner as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.643 of 2016 dated 08.01.2016. He further submitted that the interest would be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months.

3. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the interest amount is not paid within the stipulated time, the petitioner can revive the contempt petition.
