The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 02.07.2013 passed in I.A.No.110 of 2012 in O.S.No.21 of 2011 passed by the District Munsif, Rasipuram,

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (20.02.2019), the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the suit itself has been dismissed as rejected on 08.01.2015. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
