ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.64 of 2021 on the file of 1st respondent police.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner is ranked as A1 in the F.I.R. in Crime No.64 of 2021 registered for an offence under Sec.417, 419, 420, 465, 466, 468, 471 and 120B of I.P.C. based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant on the ground of cheating, impersonation and fabrication of documents in the execution of sale deed in his favour. Now, the petitioner filed this petition to quash the said F.I.R. Page No.2 of 4

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, it reveals that it is a case of impersonation in order to grab the property, which needs detailed investigation and needs evidence. So, there is no materials or basic ingredients to quash the F.I.R. registered against the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings initiated against the petitioner.
