ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein are the accused 1, 6 and 18. The F.I.R. indicates that they are all auto drivers. Due to dispute between the defacto complainant, who is the driver of private transport vehicle and the auto drivers, there was enmity prevailing between them. Inspite of compromise arrived in the presence of the mediators, these three petitioners along with 15 others have gone to the house of the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and indiscriminately attacked him. The Accident Register of the defacto complainant indicates that he has sustained lacerated injuries over the head and was treated as in-patient from 21.1.2022 to 14.02.2022 and he was advised for plastic surgery and referred to Stanley Medical Hospital. Some of the accused are yet to be secured and some of the accused in this case were detained under the Goondas Act in view of their bad antecedence.

2. Considering the nature of the offence and the threat to the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail petition for the present. Hence this Criminal Original Petition for bail dismissed.
