O R D E R

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 05.09.2013 made in I.A.No.506 of 2013 in O.S.No.123 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Chengam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the suit itself has been dismissed for default as early as on 09.01.2017. Hence, the present Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. In the event of restoring the suit, the revision petitioner is at liberty to file an application to restore this petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
