This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.339/2017 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.339 of 2017 was completed and now, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sulur and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.55 of 2020.
