Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent vide his order Na.Ka.No.303/A2/2011 dated 17.10.2012 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to approve the proposal of the 3rd respondent dated 26.06.2012. This writ petition came up for consideration earlier on 12.12.2023. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the same was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today also when the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" again there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session.

2. Considering the fact that there is no representation of the petitioner and the petition is of the year 2012, this court finds no other alternative except dismissal of the same for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
