When it was pointed out that the owner of the neighbouring property, has not been impleaded as party to the Writ Petition, Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioners to file fresh Writ Petition impleading all necessary parties with relevant documents. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
