3.G.Chandrasekaran Respondents Prayer : Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1053/F/2020 dated 08.01.2021 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to pass necessary order to permit the petitioner to exercise the powers of the President of the 3rd respondent milk society. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the term of the Office of the President got over by 05.08.2023. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication and the impugned order passed by the second respondent stands cancelled vide order dated Na.Ka.No.1053/Vu/2020-2 dated 26.03.2021.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
