2. It is stated that the reason for the delay in filing the above appeal is due to road accident resulting the first petitioner to undergo surgery during the year 2018. It is further stated that the first petitioner was bed ridden for more than five weeks. The first petitioner died and his legal representatives have come on record.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court find no reason to deny an opportunity to the petitioners to file and prosecute the appeal and test the legality of the judgment of the Trial Court. Therefore, this petition is ordered.
