ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) With regard to missing of the petitioner's daughter namely Subageetha, aged about 17 years, the petitioner's complaint was registered in F.I.R. No.3 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 under the caption 'girl missing'. Since there was no further progress in the petitioner's complaint, he has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, through the concerned jurisdictional police, have secured the petitioner's daughter and produced her before this Court today.

3. When we had interacted with the petitioner's daughter, she expressed that she is willing to reconcile and live under her father's care and custody. The petitioner who is also present before this Court today, submitted that he would take care of his daughter.

4. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. No costs.
