CR.NO.13 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners is modify to effect the petitioners shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2021 order dated 04.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.K.MADHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioners would submit that since the petitioners are facing life threat in the place of occurrence, hence, they are not able to report before the respondent police. Hence, they are ready and willing to stay away from the scene of occurrence and report before any other police station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2021, dated 04.03.2021. is modified, and the petitioners are directed to stay at Tiruppur, and they shall report before the Tiruppur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
