Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the Respondents their men, staff, agents or any other person claiming through them from in any way

blacklisting the applicant pursuant to the show cause notice dated 13.02.2017 or otherwise pending Arbitration proceedings.

This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the Tamilnadu Civil Supplies Corporation would agree on the position that subsequent contracts have been awarded to the same applicant by the respondent. As such, nothing further survives in the present application, which only sought a direction restraining the respondent from blacklisting the applicant pursuant to the show cause notice dated 13.2.2017 or otherwise pending arbitration proceedings.

2. In view of the above, this application stands closed.
