This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
This application is filed by the applicants / defendants 1 and 2 seeking to grant leave to receive the Decree of Divorce dated 24.05.1996 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Republic of Singapore in Divorce Petition No.1417 of 1995 with Deed of Settlement dated 10.11.1994, which is the photocopy and the same is subject to proof and admissibility by the respondent/plaintiff.
2. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel for the applicants that he has applied for certified copy of the said decree. As and when he receives the original of the said document, he will have to take out a separate application to
receive the same and with such liberty, he seeks to withdraw this application.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, he is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application within a period of four weeks, along with certified copy of the document as mentioned above. The learned counsel for the applicant has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Judges Summons to this application.
4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
