Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of 2nd respondent in his proceedings in C.No.70113/ALGSC/NGT/2013 dated 18.03.2013 and quash the same and consequently forbear the 2nd respondent from interfering in a civil dispute between the petitioner and 3rd respondent concerning land which was subject matter of registered sale deed dated 27.04.2012 between them on the basis of complaint allegedly given by 4th respondent.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of 2nd respondent in his proceedings in C.No.70113/ALGSC/NGT/2013 dated 18.03.2013 and quash the same and consequently forbear the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and 3rd respondent consequently land which was subject matter of registered sale deed dated 27.04.2012 between them on the basis of complaint allegedly given by 4th respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the challenge has been made to the notice issued by the 2nd respondent based on the complaint instituted by the 4th respondent. However, pending the petition enquiry was conducted, and after affording opportunity to all the aggrieved persons, the 2nd respondent closed the complaint in the year 2013 itself holding that there is no element of land grabbing by order dated 25.09.2013. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
