Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13672 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.8391 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 to appear before the respondent police on first day of every month until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SURIYA MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8391 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13672 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.8391 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13672 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
