PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 29.10.2018 of the 4th respondent and impugned show cause Notice of the 4th respondent dated 25.02.2019 and quash the same and direct the 4th respondent to allow the petitioner to work in the said Society namely S.512 Vilangamudi Primarily Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society as Office Assistant and pay the salary for the said post.
