The petitioner/husband seeks transfer of HMOP.No.110 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Arakkonam to the file of the Sub-Court, Tiruttani to take up the said Original Petition along with H.M.O.P.No.102 of 2022 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Sub-Court, Tiruttani.
2. The petitioner/husband filed a petition seeking for divorce and the respondent/wife filed a petition seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner is residing at Arakkonam.
3. Notice served on the respondent. There is no objection from the respondent.
4. The reason assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, HMOP.No.110 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Arakkonam and transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Tiruttani, to be disposed of in accordance with law and the learned Sub Judge, Arakkonam is directed to send entire records to the 2 / 4
learned Sub-Judge, Tiruttani within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P.No.223 of 2023 is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
