Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certioraried Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 1st respondnet pursuant to awarding the contract in favour of the 3rd respondent in P.O.No.CE/ETPS/SE/P&A/EE/MM/A2/F.CE 3043/P.O.No/2014-24/D.1098/14 dated 07.04.2014 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's bid along with other bids.

O R D E R

The Contract award in favour of the 3rd respondent by the respondents 1 and 2 in proceedings dated 07.04.2014 is under challenged in this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent made a submission that the contract awarded in favour of the 3rd respondent had already been executed and accordingly there is nothing remains for adjudication.

3. In this View of the matter, the grounds raised in this writ petition no more exist and the cause arosed also became vanished. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
