ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 13(2) r/w Section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 120(B) & 420 of IPC in Crime No.2 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Counter filed. No representation for the petitioner for second time.

3. On perusal of the Counter, this Court finds that by forging document, the temple property has been grabbed by these petitioners and these petitioners are not co-operating with the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal original petition is dismissed.
