This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order issued by this Court on 22.04.2015 in Crl.OP.No.10212 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was called, Mr.N.Shanmugasundaram, Inspector of Police, Royakottai Circle, Krishnagiri District and Mr.M.G.Saravanan, Gr.I, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Mettur Police Station, Salem District, are present.

4. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10212 of 2015, the respondent-Police has conducted enquiry and has closed the case on 18.08.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
