This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and register the complaint dated 15.12.2013 under sections 294(b), 379, 447 and 506(ii) IPC.

On reading of the complaint it appears that the complaint is of the year 2013 and the entire dispute is of civil nature. Hence no positive direction can be issued as prayed for. 4.
Under such circumstances, this criminal original petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
