ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed in Na.Ka.176/2014/A2 dated 30.07.2019 by the 1st respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that after filing of this petition, an order was Page No.2 of 5

passed by the District Revenue Officer, Tiruttnai on 25.10.2023, wherein the sub-division made in the survey Nos. 183/17 and 183/21 pertaining to Muni Reddy and Krishna Reddy was cancelled due to the pendency of the suit in O.S.No. 72 of 2015. Therefore, the relief claimed in this petition became infructuous and no further adjudication is required in this petition.

4. In view his submissions stating that the subdivision made in respect of Survey Nos.183/17 and 183/21 pertaining to Muni Reddy and Krishna Reddy was cancelled by Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruttani, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruttani dated 25.10.2023 shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
