Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from laying the cement road into petitioner's property comprised in S.No.247/3 and 247/4 of Vettukkadu Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District measuring 0.07 cents and 0.00.5 acre which are covered under registered three sale deeds (1) dated 03.01.1982 document No.1223/1982 (2) dated 07.09.1988 document No.1718/1988 and (3) dated 23.06.2011 document No.2823 of 2011 in the SRO, Vikravandi.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from laying the cement road in the property comprised in S.Nos.247/3 and 247/4 situated at Vettukkadu Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District ad measuring 0.07 cents and 0.00.5 acre respectively, belonged to the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that no road has been laid in the subject property and the same was also duly communicated to the petitioner.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
