PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in Revision Petition No.11 of 2018 A2 Na.Ka.No.1690/2018 A2 dated 30.09.2019 and the subsequent impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in No.Nil dated 26.11.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Manager in the 3rd Respondent Bank, with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
