This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.13821 of in Crl.OP.No.1439 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent monthly once i.e. First working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
