ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.05.2015, which was forwarded from the first respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the transaction is of the year 2013 and earlier complaint was given, in which enquiry was conducted and the opposite party seems to have agreed to return the money. The opposite party is not returned the money and therefore, complaint has been given. The complaint pending appears to be a civil dispute.

4.Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent Police to investigate the case. This https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
