ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4 th respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 15.06.2024, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the transfer of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Ms.M.Ashwetha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Vigneshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents.

3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale Deed dated 05.09.2022. The petitioner submitted an online application seeking for transfer of patta in her name. Thereafter, representations were also made and it did not evoke any response. It is under

3/4 these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate direction.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 15.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
