This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation pending in Na.Ka.No.2649/2023/Aa2 dated 05.11.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.N.Sampath, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the second respondent has already acted upon the representation made by the petitioner and conducted an enquiry by issuing summons to the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall ensure that sufficient opportunity is given to the third respondent. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4

costs.
