C.M.P.No.5009 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.113114 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to permit the petitioner/appellant herein to amend the cause title by including the respondent Kuppusamy, son of Sellappa Gounder in the cause title in S.A.SR.No.113114 of 2019.
