ORDER
These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
CRL MP No. 3071 of 2026 K.RAJASEKAR, J.
GV petitioner in CRL.OP.Nos.34254, 34253 & 34245 of 2025 by order dated 02.01.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the trial court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m., till the date of Judgment.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition and this case is posted for delivering Judgment on 25.02.2026.
3. This Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned trial court till the Judgment is being delivered. Now it is reported that the case is posted for delivering Judgment on 25.02.2026. In such circumstances, the relaxation of the condition to the petitioner is not necessary since in three more working days, trial court is going to deliver judgment. Hence, this court is not inclined to allow this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. 20-02-2026 To State of Tamilnadu Represented by, Inspector of Police, Jolarpet Police Station, Tirupatture District.
