Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The personal appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court is dispensed with for the present on condition that the petitioners shall be duly represented by their counsel on all hearing dates before the Trial Court.
