This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.2701 of 2015 dated 05.02.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 05.02.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2701 of 2015 has been complied with; the investigation in Cr.No.308 of 2014 has been completed; the case has been closed as "mistake of fact"; RCS notice was served on the de facto complainant on 30.07.2016 and the closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Jeyankondam on 09.08.2016.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
