O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to modify the orders issued in GO.Ms.No.103 Finance(L.F.) Department dated 29.03.2007 as per proviso 1 under Ruling 17 of FR 27 and consequently to sanction the arrears of leave salary with interest at the rate applicable to GPF from 29.03.2007 (i.e. from the date of the impugned order).

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending writ petition, the petitioner was paid differential leave salary encashment based on the notional fixation in the post of Deputy Director to the tune of Rs.18,444/- on 26.03.2013.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
