Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 18.11.2017 based on the enquiry reports of the respondents 5 to 7 dated 26.11.2015 & 12.04.2017.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner.

2. The matter is of the year 2018. The petitioner seeks a direction against the second respondent to take action pursuant to the enquriy report of respondents 5 and 6 for disconnection of electricity and upon theft of water.

3. Counter filed on behalf of the seventh respondent states that the Collector has not issued orders for disconnection.

4. Learned counsel for the seventh respondent submits that

there were two service connections. One has already been disconnected on 17.10.2017 itself on the basis of the request made by the consumer.

5. The matter pertains to be of the year 2018. In case the petitioner has any grievance as on date, the petitioner may make a fresh representation, which would be considered by the Authorities on its own merits.

6. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
