As per GO.Ms.No.25 School Education(TRB) Department dated 06.02.2014, relaxation of 5% marks from the present pass mark of 60% for candidates is applicable to the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted in the month of August 2013. Therefore, the petitioners are not eligible for any relaxation. As such, the writ petitions are devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, all the writ petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
