This petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 herein, who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, as appellants 2 to 4 in S.A. No.896 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
