A.No.1304 of 2022 & O.A.Nos.155 & 156 of 2022 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.54 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J By order dated 24.03.2022, adinterim injunctions as prayed for in O.A.Nos.155 & 156 of 2022 were issued.

The applicants filed an affidavit of service indicating that notice was served on the respondent on 26.03.2022. Court notice was also served on the respondent on 06.04.2022.

In spite of service of notice through Court and privately, there is no representation for the respondent. Accordingly, the interim applications are disposed of by making the interim orders granted therein as absolute.

2. The Registry is directed to verify whether suit summons was served on the defendant and place a note in such regard at the next date of hearing.
