Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.6793/2009/A7 dated 12.07.2013 and the consequential proceedings of the first respondent in its letter No.22822/TP.1/2013-3 dated 05.11.2014 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's seniority at appropriate place in the seniority list of Executive Officer (Selection Grade) for the year 2011-2012 by taking into 1/4

account the date of entry into service as 01.12.1984 and give him further promotions and fixation accordingly with all attendant and consequential benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings in its letter No.22822/TP.1/2013-3 dated 05.11.2014 and direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's seniority at appropriate place in the seniority list of Executive Officer (Selection Grade) for the year 2011-2012 by taking into account the date of entry into service as 01.12.1984 and give him further promotions and fixation accordingly with all attendant and consequential benefits.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner is present and he has endorsed on the docket of the case bundle stating that the case has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
