Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in impugned order issued in Ref No.07/2021-22/Ramesh dated 05.10.2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1-3 to adjust the subsidy amount of petitioners.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the filing of the writ petition, the bank itself has issued a proposal for One Time Settlement. Thus, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to pursue the proposal given by the bank for arriving at One Time Settlement.
