dpa/sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.561 of 2022.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
