Pending the suit for permanent injunction and other reliefs, the applicant have filed the present application, seeking permission to combine the causes of action regarding infringement of trade mark, infringement of copy right and passing off.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and considering the fact that combining the causes of action will avoid multiplicity of proceedings, this application is ordered as prayed for.
