JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

2. The present appeal is filed against an interim order of the learned Single Judge, directing the present appellant to deposit the entire amount as directed by the Labour Court.

3. The predecessor Bench of this Court directed the appellant to deposit 50% of the award amount within a period of four weeks. The same was not deposited.

4. We extended the time by one more week. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant could not deposit the said amount.

5. In view of that, now, this Court would not come to the aid of the appellant. The appellant may agitate his case before the learned Single Judge.

6. The writ appeal accordingly stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.4983 of 2023 is closed.
