[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to respondent to issue community certificate to petitioner's children (1) K.Sivanesan and K.Sivanandhini that they belong to 'Kurichchan (ST) Community' based upon the community certificate already issued to petitioner's own brother.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate for respondent.

3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that the representation of petitioner dated 12.02.2016 is pending consideration and the same would be disposed of within a period of three months from today.
