Today when this Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 10.04.2018 itself the possession of the suit property was handed over to the respondent and thereby this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Further, she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Revision Petition is closed.
